The Alberta Wallet - Black & Orange Minimalist Card Holder
Black Veg-Tan / Orange Veg-Tan / Beige Tiger Thread
A vibrant, minimalist card holder featuring two quick-access slots and a center pocket for folded cash or receipts. Handcrafted in Oregon as part of our Pacific Northwest Series, this ultra-slim design pairs sleek jet black exterior card slots with a contrasting vibrant orange center pocket, hand saddle-stitched together with warm beige Ritza Tiger thread.
An original minimalist design created by Martin Leather Company, The Alberta Wallet strips away all unnecessary bulk to deliver the ultimate front-pocket everyday carry (EDC). Designed for the essentials—holding your most-used cards in the front and back exterior slots while neatly tucking folded cash or additional cards into the center compartment.
Every wallet is individually handcrafted using premium full-grain vegetable-tanned leather, hand-stitched with ultra-durable braided Tiger Thread using the time-honored saddle stitch method, and finished with hand-sanded, Tokonole burnished smooth edges. Built to outlast the pocket it sits in, this heirloom-quality piece naturally darkens over time into a rich patina.

The Heritage Veg-Tan Leather & Patina
Vegetable tanning is an organic, time-honored process representing less than 10% of all leather produced today. Crafted from heavy-weight U.S. cowhides, this leather is cured slowly in traditional Mexican tanneries using natural plant extracts and tree bark in organic vats, no harsh synthetic chemicals required.
Because it is finished with natural oils, it absorbs the environment around it. Daily use, skin oils, and sunlight will naturally darken and burnish the leather, transforming the black and orange tones into a rich, deep finish over time.
Leather Care Guide
• Embrace the Journey: Natural wear, darkening, and patina development are normal, celebrated traits of full-grain veg-tan leather.
• Keep it Dry: If exposed to water, gently blot with a soft cloth and let air-dry naturally away from direct heat.
• Condition Periodically: Apply a high-quality, natural leather balm every 6–12 months to maintain flexibility.
• Avoid Overstuffing: Full-grain leather stretches to conform to your daily carry, but will not shrink back.
